1、 Overview
The catering and food processing industries generate a large amount of oil fumes, as well as harmful substances such as carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and hydrocarbons during the production process. Among them, 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene is a strong carcinogen. The existing range hoods and exhaust fans only directly discharge the oil fumes and harmful gases generated at the work site into the atmosphere. Although this ensures clean air in the operation room, it only transfers pollution and still causes environmental pollution. Currently, oil fume pollution has become a major hotspot in air pollution. The "Emission Standards for Cooking Fumes in the Catering Industry" (GB18483-2001) formulated by the National Environmental Protection Administration stipulates the maximum allowable emission concentration of cooking fumes in catering units and the minimum removal efficiency of cooking fume purification equipment.
The FYJ series composite oil fume purifier is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the technical conditions specified in the "Catering Industry Oil Fume Purifier" (HCRJ048-1999) and the "Technical Requirements and Testing Technical Specifications for Catering Industry Oil Fume Purification Equipment" (HJ/T62-2001), based on the digestion and absorption of the advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
2、 Principle
Under the action of the induced draft fan, the mixed pollutants of oil and smoke enter the primary purification and rectification chamber. The special structure inside the chamber balances and rectifies the pollutants, while using oleophilic filter media to adsorb and intercept large oil droplets. The separated oil-water liquid is centrally recovered. The flue gas from oil-water removal enters the secondary grid shaped high-voltage electrostatic field in a balanced manner. Under the action of a high-voltage electrostatic field, oil fume is ionized, decomposed, adsorbed, and carbonized. At the same time, the active factor ozone (O3) generated in the electrostatic field decomposes and deodorizes toxic components and odors in the smoke.
Through the above two-level and multi-level purification treatment, the removal rate of oil fume can reach over 90%, meeting the national standard of Class A. Therefore, the air emitted outdoors is quite clean
3、 Scope of application
Widely applicable to places such as hotels, restaurants, bars, canteens, food factories, and oil fired boilers that emit oil fumes. In addition, it can also be applied to industrial industries such as hardware processing, textile manufacturing, plastic processing, and electrical welding that generate oil fume exhaust gas.
